Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • ID required before check-in through approved third party partner.
  • This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (authorization hold only, released after checkout).
  • As an alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. One of these is required when completing the check-in process.

Property Access

  • This property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property. Two additional exterior Ring cameras monitor the backyard and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video, and will be ON during every reservation.

Policies and Rules

  • Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. Additional fees apply.
  • No more than 12 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
  • No use of the fireplace is allowed.
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
